These release notes list changes made to the Chatmeter platform in the October 26, 2022 release.

New or updated features

Following are the new or updated features:

Address Autocomplete

The Chatmeter platform has been integrated with a Google address verification service to help with formatting and validation of both domestic and international addresses entered into LocationHQ. 

Community Rewards integration

The Chatmeter platform has been integrated with Community Rewards for listing monitoring, review monitoring, and review responding. This is available to all clients.

Tripadvisor API integration

The Chatmeter platform has been integrated with the Tripadvisor API for review and listing monitoring. New functionality includes support for location sub-ratings.
