These release notes list changes made to the Chatmeter platform in the October 12, 2022 release.
New or updated features
Following are the new or updated features added:
- Merge codes—You can use merge codes in your posts to simplify and enforce consistency in the use of your business name, address, phone number, and website. The codes map to the names your company has provided to Chatmeter.
Selecting a merge code to insert in a post results in the automatic insertion of the information in the post. See instructions for using merge codes in Creating, Scheduling, and Publishing Social Posts.
- Workflow—Tasks for approving social posts now appear on the Social Publish page. For information about Workflow and task management, see Using Chatmeter Workflow.
- Facebook—You can now include as many as 10 Facebook images per post.
Reporting insights on listings
Reporting insights on listings on the Locations pages, including Listings Summary, Listings Accuracy, Listings Optimization, Missing Listings, and Duplicate Listings, are now grouped by Managed Listings (those managed by Chatmeter) and Monitored Listings (those that are monitored by, but not updated by Chatmeter). This makes it easier for you to see how Listings Management is performing.
Select to view Managed Listings or Monitored Listings from the top tabs on Listings Summary, Listings Accuracy, Listings Optimization, Missing Listings, and Duplicate Listings pages.
