If your company is using Chatmeter Instant Audits widget to audit and report on your brand’s online locations’ local SEO performance, the metrics that determine the cost of your company’s use of Instant Audits is available through LocationHQ.
Instant Audits is configured programmatically using the Chatmeter API. For information about using API calls, get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or support@chatmeter.com.
For information about your company’s Instant Audits usage, follow these steps:
- Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.
- Go to Settings (cog icon) > Instant Audit Usage.
- The Instant Audit Usage page includes Report ID, Brand Name, Address, # of Locations, Date, and Actions. If your company has more than one API token, you can select the token for which you’d like to view data. You can also filter the metrics by date range.
