The My Profile page in LocationHQ Settings (cog icon) contains the details about your Chatmeter user account. The Edit pane provides access for you to edit a subset of settings or for an Account Admin with a User Manager role to edit the user account details.
You can change your own name, email address, phone number, password, and notification preferences in your My Profile Edit pane. Follow these steps:
- To access the My Profile Edit pane, go to Settings (cog icon) > My Profile to display Edit pane.
- You can change your first or last name, email, phone, password, and notification preferences.
- When you’ve made the changes needed, select Save. A success confirmation appears.
