Performance Summary Snapshot

The Performance Summary map shows the average review ratings for your locations. You can select a portion of the map to zoom into specific regions or hover over a region to display the review average.

Green indicates an excellent rating (4.0 or higher), yellow is average (2.5 to 3.9), and red indicates poor, with a rating of less than 2.5 or no reviews.

As with the other panes, use the filter to select locations, accounts, or groups. You can also use three fingers on a keypad to move the map or two fingers to zoom in and. You can also use the zoom + or - to see more granular information on the map. Select Reset to go back to the original.

Note that changing the selected location, account, or group changes all the data reported in the panes to refer to whatever was selected.
