Access Your Business’s Chatmeter Data Using SQL with Query Builder

Query Builder is a tool for creating, testing, and running queries to your business information in the Chatmeter database. Query Builder is a tool to enable complex analyses using more specific data than otherwise available through LocationHQ tools. Use of Query Builder requires knowledge of and skill with Structured Query Language (SQL).

Query Builder requires the Analytics Studio Premium package. For questions about which features you have access to, get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or support@chatmeter.com.

To access Query Builder in LocationHQ, select Insights (Analytics Studio) > Query Builder. From there, you can use SQL to create, run, and schedule queries.
