In this article, learn about how Admin users can view metrics related to users and their assigned Workflow tasks.

Task Reports is part of the Chatmeter Workflow feature. Features included in your account depend on the Chatmeter package you’ve purchased. For questions about which features you have access to, get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or support@chatmeter.com.
Find the Task Report page on the Task Report tab of the Insights (Dashboard) > Location Comparison page. This summary report is a detailed breakdown of task totals and statuses by date.
To structure your Tasks report, use the Global Filter to select the locations, accounts, or groups you’d like to include.
Use the Page Filters to select the following factors to structure your report. Select among:
- Duration—The period for which data is to be presented. By default, it’s the Last 30 Days. You can select another duration or your own custom range.
- Task types to report on:
- Reviews—Responses to reviews and optionally, approvals
- Listing—Added, updated, optimized, and deleted duplicate listings
- Social—Social posts published and responded to
- Custom—Tasks that you’ve created on the Home > Tasks page
- Priorities—Low (represented in green), Medium (represented in yellow), or High (represented in red). Default is All.
- Providers—Listing providers for which you want data reported
- Assignees—Name or role of the assignees about whom you’d like data. Default is All.
Select the Tasks tab to view the report on task metrics. The top band reports numbers of tasks assigned, completed, average resolution time in hours, and overdue tasks.
The Task Breakdown pane is a pie chart that shows the breakdown of the different types of tasks (Social, Listings, Reviews, and Custom). You can select which of the types you want included in the chart by toggling the names in the legend on or off.
See the comparison of tasks to LBV score trends over the time selected in the Tasks & LBV Score Comparison pane. Hover over the line or the bars on the graph to get specific data points.
The Overall Summary of Tasks pane contains detailed analytics about tasks. It lists the number of each task that has been assigned, as well as number completed, average approval time in hours, and average resolution time in hours.
Select the Users tab on the Task Report page to see the data reported from a user-centric perspective. This summary report offers in-depth information on output of each team member for all tasks and statuses by date.
The top band reports numbers of tasks assigned, completed, average resolution time in hours, and overdue tasks. (Just as on the Tasks tab).
The Time Management pane is a pie chart that shows the ratio of on-time tasks versus overdue. You can switch between viewing that information for completed tasks versus assigned tasks by selecting Completed Tasks or Assigned Tasks in the legend.
In the Team Productivity pane, see users ranked by tasks completed or assigned. Switch between viewing the data for completed or assigned tasks by selecting the words Completed Tasks or Assigned Tasks in the legend.
In the User Summary of Tasks panel, find the details on assigned, completed, and overdue tasks for each team member, as well as average approval time in hours, and average resolution time in hours.
