To manage the factors in the Chatmeter LBV score, you can, based on their importance to your business objectives, use LBV score settings to change the proportional weight given to each of the data sets that comprise the aggregate score.

Accessing LBV score settings
You access the LBV settings from the LBV Score dashboard. Follow these steps:
- Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.
- Go to Insights > Dashboards > LBV Score.
- Select Score Settings to display the LBV Score settings page.
You can also access this page from Settings > LBV Score. - In the Settings panel, select the arrow next to the setting subsection to expand to show the components involved in the subsection’s aggregate score, in this case, Reviews.
Note that you can expand Provider Settings to show the specific proportions set for each provider for which Chatmeter is collecting reviews.
Changing LBV score settings
To change LBV score settings, follow these steps:

- Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.
- Go to Insights > Dashboards > LBV Score.
- Select Score Settings to display the LBV Score settings page.
- Find the section needed on the Settings pane and change the proportions as desired. Note that you can see a visual representation of the changes in the LBV Score pane.
- If you’re satisfied with your changes, select Save in the LBV Score pane.
If you want to return to the previous setting without saving, select Cancel, then confirm your decision by selecting Discard on the confirmation popup.
Creating LBV score templates
To create a set of LBV score settings, you can clone an existing set to edit it to serve your needs.
Follow these steps:
- Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.
- Go to Insights > Dashboards > LBV Score.
- Select Score Settings to display the LBV Score settings page.

Select Clone from the ... dropdown.
- In the Clone Score Settings popup, in Select an Industry, select the industry for which you’re creating a set of scores. In the example, we’re setting scores for restaurants.
- In Select an Account, select the account(s) that you want to associate with the settings.
- In the third field, type the name you want for the score set.
- Select Clone Set to create your new set. You’ll get a popup notice that your set has been created.
- Review the settings. If you need to adjust any of the settings, make your changes, then select Save to update the page. You’ll receive another notice of the successful update.
