Chatmeter’s Local Brand Visibility (LBV) score is an aggregate metric of the most important data on your business’s reputation, social media activity, and search engine findability. Customer activity levels, listing accuracy, customer ratings, and competitors are also factored into the score.
Scores higher than 70 are considered industry-leading. Scores lower than 50 are considered poor.
Find your business’s LBV score on the upper right of the Snapshot page of LocationHQ (Home > Snapshot). The score you see is based on the locations, accounts, or groups that you are viewing. You can use the filters to manage the locations, accounts, or groups, as well as the period for which LBV data displays in LocationHQ.
Selecting View Details on the LBV Score widget takes you to the LBV Score dashboard in LocationHQ Insights.
The top section of the LBV Score page shows a snapshot of the day's scores (overall and for each subsection of the LBV score components). You can filter to show the snapshot for a specific duration.
The Score Over Time pane shows the results for the past week by default. You can filter to a duration of your choice using the Page Filter. Hover your cursor over the lines to display specific data. You can toggle between a line chart and a bar chart.
The Score Breakdowns pane shows the subcomponent scores for the factors included in each of the five subsections of the LBV. Select the panel’s tabs to display Reviews, Social, Listings, Search, and Competitors subcomponent scores. As with Score Over Time, filter to a duration of your choice using the Page Filter and hover your cursor over the lines to display specific data.
