To see metrics about followers, impressions, and engagement, on Social > Summary, select the Metrics tab.
The Metrics tab includes::
- Your business’s total page followers, total published posts, and Local Brand Visibility (LBV) score trends, over the period and providers you’ve selected
- Your customers’ engagement with your content over the period and providers you’ve selected, including:
- Impressions—Number of times content was displayed
- Engagement—Number of comments, likes, and shares
- Engagement rate—Number of engagements divided by the number of impressions
Note that the Total Engagements on the Metrics tab is not the same as the sum of engagements represented on the Top Performing Posts tab. On the Metrics tab, LocationHQ displays the number of engagements that occurred in the time range, not the sum of all posts created within the time range. Thus, if, for example, you’re looking at the last week of data, and a post created more than a week ago had 100 views within the last week, those views will be included in the data in the Metrics tab, but not in the data in the Top Performing Posts tab.
- For the listing providers Chatmeter monitors for you, the Google metrics displays the number of incoming questions, the number of answers to each, and the number of questions for which a business reply hasn’t been posted. Note that the Answers metric includes the combined sum of business and customer replies to questions.
