The Social Summary page displays three different reports, including Metrics, Top Performing Posts, and a Provider Breakdown.
Which information is included in the reports depends on which Chatmeter social package is associated with your account. For questions about features included in your account, get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or email@example.com.
Use the Global Filter to find the locations or groups for which you want metrics. You can start to type the name of the location to find it quickly. Or use the Page Filters to find metrics for a specific provider or a specific time period.

You can gain more insight into your social performance from the Insights > Location Comparison dashboard. You can also set up detailed email reports on social metrics for regular delivery.
