What’s in a post? The engagement you and your customers create with social media posts about your business translates into interest in and awareness of your business.
Find the summary tiles for each post in Social > Feed on the default Posts and Comments tab. Metrics related to the hashtags you used on your posts are available by selecting the Hashtag Metrics tab on the Feed page.

Posts and Comments
On the default Posts and Comments tab of the Feed page, you’ll find tiles for each post, by default the most recent appears in the top left. On each tile, find:
Select a tile to reveal the Post Details page. The information included on the Post Details page varies depending on the provider. In general, it includes:
- Full text of the post and media (such as images or videos)
- Business location
- Engagement details such as comments, likes, and sentiment
- Links to workflow tasks and provider page

Hashtag Metrics
On the Hashtag Metrics tab of the Post Details page, you’ll find the Keyword Listening graph, which plots hashtag volume metrics (number of mentions) over time. You can view the data mentions by selecting either:
- Top hashtags—Hashtags with the most overall volume
- Trending hashtags—Hashtags that have experienced a measurable increase in volume over the period
To view a specific data point, hover your mouse over the line to display the specific number.
To add a hashtag to the metrics page, select Add Hashtag and type your hashtag into the Add a Topic field.
