You can set the Review Builder account settings from a central Account Settings dialog box.
Settings managed in Account Settings include:
Security Settings
- Default Permissions—Default values for privacy settings, in which Public means the item will be visible to anyone with access to your account and Private means it is visible only to you and account admins. Default permissions can be set for campaigns, email templates, review forms, widgets, and uploaded images
- Allow child accounts access to data—Indicates whether child accounts to your account have access to campaigns, forms, email, or widgets that were created on it
Mail Sender Configuration
Add a new sender address or name. Customizing the email sender name and email address improvers open rates. When you enter a custom email address, it triggers a verification email from Amazon. You’ll need to log into that email and follow a link to approve the platform to send emails on your behalf.
Email Configuration
- Privacy Policy URL—Specify the URL to the company’s privacy policy
- Response Configuration—Specify whether to hide the location text
- Customer Footer HTML—Provide HTML code for a customer footer
To access the Review Builder Account Settings, select Account Settings from the Reputation > Review Builder page.
