You can respond to reviews your customers left from the Reviews tab within the campaign. You can also respond by going to Reputation > Reviews and searching for the review(s) you want to respond to.
When you respond to reviews, your response goes by email to the reviewer. They can respond back to you through email.
Follow these steps to respond to survey response reviews from the campaign page:
- Find your campaign on the Reputation > Review Builder page.
- Double click on the Name to display the campaign page.
- On the Reviews tab of your Campaign page, you can:
- Type a response in the Write a new response to this review field
- Select Suggest to use a suggested response (see Using Chatmeter Suggested Response)
- Select a Template to use (for setting up templates to use, see Creating Review Response Templates)
