Reading Campaign Survey Responses

You can read reviews your customers leave in response to your Review Builder campaigns from the Reviews tab within the campaign or by going to Reputation > Reviews and searching for the review(s) you want to respond to.

To look at survey response reviews from the campaign page, follow these steps:

1. Find your campaign on the Reputation > Review Builder page.
   
2. Double click on the Name to display the campaign page.
   
3. On the Reviews tab of your Campaign page, view the reviews collected during the campaign. You can filter for whatever period you’d like to see. Note that your campaign’s reviews also show up on the Reputation > Reviews page, as well as on your campaign’s page.
   
4. If you’d like to download the reviews into a CSV-formatted file, select Download in the upper right.
