Responding to Reviews on LocationHQ

You can respond to reviews from ApartmentGuide, Cars.com, Facebook, Google, Trustpilot, and Yelp from LocationHQ.

For Facebook, Google, Trustpilot, and Yelp, you must first enter your credentials into LocationHQ. You don’t have to enter credentials for ApartmentGuide or Cars.com.

To respond to reviews directly from LocationHQ, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.
2. On Reputation > Reviews, find the reviews you’d like to respond to. In the example, we filtered for Google reviews left during the last three months and for which there has been no response.
   
   
3. You can select one of the templates available for responses. You can enter your response in the response preview.
   Or you can enter your response directly into the response field.
   
   
4. When you’ve proofed and confirmed your response, select Publish.
