Details about your business are listed on the Locations Details page.
To view location details, follow these steps:
- Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.
- Go to Locations > Locations to display the Locations page.
- To view a location, select the location row from the Locations page list to display the Locations Details page.
- On the Location Details page, find tabs to access location information of different types:
General: Access and update location details such as account, business name, associated websites, and opening date. If you use Chatmeter Listing Management, business description, business owner, business contact information, accepted payment types are also available. You can also update Location Type/Status on the General tab.
Hours: Update location hours of operation. You can set up or cancel temporary closures and set up special or holiday hours.
Keywords: Update or add keywords. When people search using the keywords in the Additional Keyword Tracking list, your locations’ rankings in the search will be monitored.
Images: For customers who use Chatmeter Listings Management, you can set the logo for your location or add general images. You can have up to 25 images saved to locations, including those already saved to the location. When you exceed 25, the most recent are saved and the oldest discarded from each location. When you upload a logo or image, you can select from the Gallery or upload a new image.
Third-party listing providers: For customers who use Chatmeter Listings Management, you can update information for the third-party listing providers you’ve enabled such as Apple, Bing, Facebook, Google, and Yelp through.
Local Pages: For customers who use Chatmeter Local Pages, you can create and manage location-specific branded pages for each of your locations.
