You can update location details for one location or for many at once.

Updating details for one location
To update information for one location, follow these steps:
- Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.
- Go to Locations > Locations to display the Locations page.
- Select or find the location you want to edit to display the Location Details page.
- On the Location Details page, go through the relevant tabs to either add information and delete or update obsolete information.
- Select Review and Save. Review your changes.
- When you’re satisfied, select Save. After your changes have been applied, the progress bar turns green and indicates Complete.
Updating details for more than one location (bulk edit)
To update information for multiple locations at once, follow these steps:
- Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.
- Go to Locations > Locations to display the Locations page.
- On the Locations page, filter to find the sub-accounts, groups, or individual locations you want to update.
- To select:
- All filtered locations, place a tick to the left of Name
- All locations in a sub-account or group, place a tick to the left of the Name of the sub-account or group
- For selected locations, place ticks in the box to the left of the locations’ names
- When you have selected all the locations to update, select Edit to open Edit Multiple Locations.
- Make the changes needed that are common to the locations you’ve selected.
- Review your changes. When you’re satisfied, select Save. After your changes have been applied, the progress bar turns green and indicates Complete.
