The default version of the Listings Summary Report (Locations > Listings Summary) is a snapshot of all listings for your monitored locations.
For each provider, the default summary report lists numbers of your business’s listings found, duplicated, mismatched, and the number of listings that have at least one review and/or one photo on them.
If you have Listings Management, the Listings Summary report is broken down based on Managed Listings and Monitored Listings, accessible from the top tabs.
You can filter the Listings Summary report using the Global Filter, which is accessible from the three-layer icon in the upper right to search for specific accounts, groups, or locations, or, through the Page Filter, to search for specific providers.
You can download the data results into a CSV-formatted file, sorted by either providers or locations.
Scroll below the Report pane on the Listings Summary page to find the Discrepancies pane with specific discrepancies that Chatmeter found between listings found and the expected information in listings. Discrepancies are in red font.
