Responding to Reviews

By clicking on a review card in your list of reviews, you can see more review details as well as an option to respond to reviews. 

Responding with Templates

If you have created review response templates in the dashboard, you will find all of them in the app under the Template Selector. You cannot create new response templates in the mobile app, you will need to create all response templates in the dashboard. If you've created a new response template in the dashboard, please give it a minute to populate in the mobile app.

Once you have selected a template, you will be able to edit the details as you wish. 

When you have finished writing your response, click Submit. 

Responding Without Templates

You also have the option to respond to reviews without templates if you wish. Simply write your response and click Submit. 

Reviews With Responses

Reviews with responses will be tagged "Responded to" as shown below. This will help you quickly identify which reviews need responses and which have been completed. 

By clicking on the Review Card, you will be able to see the response submitted.
