Businesses need to be able to make changes on their listings quickly and efficiently. We now offer the ability for Chatmeter customers to take control of bulk edits to their listings across all providers. This allows you to update changes and click to publish.
Permission and Accounts
The ability to bulk edit listings from the LocationHQ dashboard is available for all users with the Edit Location permission. Users will only be able to edit the locations they have access to.
At this time, users only have the ability to edit store hours. We will be adding more listings fields over time.
Accessing the Bulk Editor

- Manage Locations & Competitors
- Bulk Edit button
First, select which location you would like to bulk edit.
You will be able to select all locations, different sub-accounts, groups, or a mix of individual locations to bulk edit.
Editing Store Hours
Now that you have selected which locations you wish to edit, you can update the store hours.
- Select the day/days you wish to edit. Do this by clicking the checkbox next to the day of the week.
- Type in the next store hours
- Click Review Changes
You also have the ability to make locations temporarily closed or add holiday hours. Do this by going through the same steps as above.
Review Changes and Save
Review the new store hours to confirm.
Save and Submit changes.
The new store hours will publish live across all providers. Please note that some providers take longer than others to accept new changes.
