In the dashboard you can currently reply to Google, Facebook and Yelp*(restrictions apply) reviews without leaving the dashboard. For all other providers, we must take you to the original source of the review to respond where you can log in to that site separately and respond (see Item 2 below).
1. Scroll down on the Reviews tab to find the "Reviews Found" section. You will see a box to "write a new response to this review". If you have entered your credentials as mentioned above, you will be able to reply directly. If not, or if you have another provider (reviews from sites other than Google/Facebook/Yelp*(restrictions apply), you will see a red circle with a line to indicate you cannot reply in the box.
For all other providers, you can use the Provider Link to take you to the landing page for your location's review, log in and post as the business. Responses will be pulled into the platform within 24 hours and show beneath the original review.
