If you are experiencing this issue, the case is, most often, the dashboard does not have the right listing entered, or the duplicate listing is set to be the primary site we pull from. To check and to correct, follow these steps:
- Login and go to your location's listing tab, keeping it on the default "Summar Report"
- Filter by selecting Google as the only provider
- Check the URL that is tied to the provider, confirm if it should be the primary listing or not
- Click the "Edit URL" icon to add/edit the URL given. Often, this is where you can select the "Primary" page that should be pulled if duplicates are found
- Save changes
