These release notes list changes made to the Chatmeter platform in the April 13, 2023 release.

Features added or updated in this release include:

• Chatmeter can manage your Apple Maps Listings through the Apple API
• Review response template improvements

Chatmeter can manage your Apple Maps listings through the Apple API

You can now delegate Chatmeter as your business partner to use the Apple API to manage your Apple Maps listings. Because Chatmeter is an Apple partner, the listing additions and updates that Chatmeter sends for your business through Apple Business Connect are addressed as a priority and loaded rapidly to Apple Maps.

For us to manage your listings, you need to:

• Set up an Apple Business Connect account
• Through the Apple Business Connect portal, delegate Chatmeter as an partner in your Apple Business Account
• Provide details about the Apple account to Chatmeter 

Once you’ve delegated Chatmeter as a partner in your Apple Business account, you can also  add Chatmeter locations (a single location or in bulk) to the Apple Business Connect account and manage Apple Maps images through LocationHQ.

Review response template improvements

We’ve added the ability to mark your templates as favorites in the Review Response Templates dialog box. This enables an easier search for templates when you’re setting up review responses. For details, see the help articles Creating Review Response Templates and  Using AI Generator for Review Responses in the Reputation section of the Chatmeter Help Center.
