With LocationHQ, you can use artificial intelligence (AI) to respond to your customers’ reviews. AI Generator makes it easier to respond quickly and effectively. It offers automatic, specific responses to each customer review, taking into account issues raised in the review.
AI Generator-based review response is available to customers with the Reputation Premium Package. AI Generator for review responses can also be managed through the Chatmeter API. For information about the Chatmeter API, get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or support@chatmeter.com.
When you use AI Generator, you can cycle through an unlimited number of potential responses to reviews that include text. The AI Generator can’t be used to respond to non-textual reviews.
To use the AI Generator, follow these steps:
- Login to your Chatmeter account in LocationHQ.
- Go to Reputation > Reviews.
- Use filters to find a set of reviews or a review you want to respond to. You can use AI Generator to respond to one review at a time.
- Select AI Generator to see the generated response in the response field. The response appears automatically in the Write new response to this review field.
You can select a template to use for your response from Select Template. Note that if you want, you can select to search only templates you’ve selected as Favorite. - You can re-select AI Generator as many times as you wish to see additional potential responses. Note that you can report an awkward or inappropriate response and indicate what you don’t like about it, which helps improve AI Generator. To report a response, select Report.
- When you decide which response you’d like to use, proofread it carefully to ensure it responds to all the customer concerns. If you need to, you can edit the generated response directly in the response field.
- Select Publish to publish the response to the review, making it visible to all visitors to your Review page.
