Review responses through the AI Generator
Customers with the Reputation Premium package can get artificial-intelligence (AI)-generated responses for your customers’ reviews. AI Generator offers automatic, specific responses to each customer review, taking into the account issues raised in the review. You can cycle through an unlimited number of potential review responses to find one you like, or select one to edit. AI Generator can’t be used to respond to non-textual reviews.
To use AI Generator, in LocationHQ, go to Reputation > Reviews.
When you select AI Generator, a response appears in the text field. You can use it, edit it, or select AI Generator again to get another potential response.
For detailed information about using AI Generator, see the help article Using AI Generator for Review Responses.
New Pulse charts offer deeper insights into customer reviews
Pulse has been updated to include five new charts for deeper insight into your customers’ reviews. They include information about the top positive and negative topics mentioned in your reviews, the top five most-mentioned categories of topics over time, a 50-word cloud that illustrates the volume of word mentions and related sentiments, and location ratings and sentiments.
To see the new charts, log in to LocationHQ and navigate to Insights > Pulse. On the Summary tab, the top five charts are new. For detailed information about how to use the new charts, see Using the Pulse Summary Tab in the Insights section of the Chatmeter Support Center.
Google search insights
You can now view Google search queries in the dashboard. To find which queries led individuals to your locations, navigate to, login to LocationHQ and navigate to Insights > Search Insights. Use the Page Filter to select Google. Select the Search Appearance tab.
The search queries are listed on the lower chart on the Search Insights page.
Update to adding Google additional hour sets
When you add an extra set of hours in a Google listing, you can now enter the specific hours by typing them directly into the hours fields rather than selecting from the hours selector. In LocationHQ, go to Locations > Location Details > More hours (Google).
For detailed instructions, see the help article Adding a New Location in the Listings and Locations section of the Chatmeter Support Center.
